Empowering Inside Out (EIO) is a training program aims to help youth equip with beneficial soft skills that are crucial for their experience abroad and stand out in society.

- Communication skill (by Ms. Thang Van Vorleak)
- Leadership skill (by Mr. Ong Sochheka)
- Networking skill (by Mr. Hak Kimthong)
- Public speaking skill (by Mr. Sin Kosal)
- Teamwork skill (by Ms. Eang Linda)
- Time management skill (by Mr. Som Sothea)

� Early Bird Registration Fee: $25 (till March 5) 
� Normal Registration Fee: $35

Participants will be provided: 
- Three lunches on each training day during lunchtime
- Refreshment during breaks
- All necessary training materials
- Two Certificates of Completion will be issued by WEduShare and Ignite Phnom Penh
